I saw this post about the Exhumed Art Exhibit and felt that familiar pull, that need to see how other artists translate the raw and the buried into something physical. It got me thinking about my own creative dead ends last month when I was trying to prototype a fragile, bone-like structure for a small sculpture. I remembered finding a bunch of cool things to 3d print that helped me test the joints and negative space without wasting expensive materials. The precision of those game-inspired files taught me that sometimes you have to build a clean digital skeleton before you can exhume a messy, emotional one from clay and wire. Brandon’s show sounds like that same spirit flipped inside out.…

There’s something satisfying about improving little by little in eggy car. At first I could barely cross a few hills, but after learning how to control speed and momentum, the game became much more rewarding.

I've always been fascinated by collaborative art shows, and this one sounds incredibly exciting! Having attended similar exhibitions in the past, I know how electrifying it can be to see different artists' perspectives come together in one space. Brandon Sands seems like an incredible curator, bringing together sculptors and painters with such diverse backgrounds. The mix of visual art and potential musical performances sounds dynamic. The happy hour reception is a brilliant touch, allowing art lovers to mingle and connect with the creators behind these fascinating works. If you're looking for a fun evening out, this sounds like the perfect cultural experience. For some additional entertainment afterward, you might want to check out Block Blast for a relaxing game session.
