Suntory Spirits Tasting at Ordinary
We are very excited to participate in New Haven Cocktail Week again! Cocktails! Classes! A really nice time!
NHCW 2023 runs from August 27 - September 2. One whole week of a tasting and learning about cocktails and what goes in them at the best bars in this city! More info on the week here. Count on some wicked cocktail specials that week at Ordinary!
Ordinary will be hosting a really fun seminar with House of Suntory folks. We've proudly carried Roku Gin, Haku Vodka, Toki Whisky and a few of Suntory's other upper echelon expressions behind our bar for a while now so it is pretty cool to host this class during New Haven Cocktail Week.
Our seminar with Suntory happens Wednesday, Aug. 30, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM. Drinks & Snacks included with a ticket. Mark your Calendar!
If you are interested in attending visit NewHavenCocktailWeek.com for tickets or engage this button for more information. Limited seating.
O0o0OH! Bonus! Our friends at Gioia Cafe & Bar will be hosting the Kick-Off party for New Haven Cocktail Week 2023 with the Annual Spirits Ball! Taste over fifty spirits with snacks included. Cash bar for exclusive cocktails. It's going to be a nice time!
Love that Ordinary is hosting the Suntory seminar on Aug. 30 - it reminded me of how I practice simple phrase and song-note workflows with the online harmonium, and the harmonium song notes really help you lock in those tasting moments. Such a cool way to unwind during cocktail week!
This sounds like a great event, especially for anyone interested in learning more about cocktails and premium spirits. When I'm looking for a bit of entertainment in my free time, I sometimes play Speed Stars —it’s a simple and fun game that’s surprisingly relaxing after a busy day.
love that Ordinary is hosting this! Attending the seminar feels like playing Crossy Road — every interaction, tip, and tasting is like navigating a lane strategically, and by the end, you’ve leveled up your cocktail knowledge
